i always seem to have the best stories when i travel.

best as in, i have the worst luck ever.

and i'll tell you that all this bad luck hasn't come my way until recently.

remember my oregon travel stories?

i think thats about when it started.

i had heard SO many stories lately about people losing their luggage thru the airport.

so i decided to take my bag as a carry on. no big, right?

i had it all planned out until i actually packed, picked up my bag, and decided that

unless a body builder was traveling next to me, this bag would definitely be checked in.

i was happy about this decision.

basically skipped my way thru security checkpoint with my tiny purse and fancy phone.

passed a starbucks, decided to get some breakfast.

paid $8 for a tiny drink and a scone.

(how do i always forget how expensive airport food is?)

then what happens?

i take a half a step out of the starbucks aroma and take a sip from my straw..

latte alllllll the way down my shirt and skirt.

dude. people watching probably thinking "oh.. that's embarrassing."

i'm not talking a little bit i'm talking it should have been the entire drink.

some even got in my shoe.

did i mention the lid was even on?

hello, i'm ashlee and i'm not a morning person.

i got over it once i got to my gate and ate my seriously delicious orange cranberry scone.

and noticed a lady sit down next to me.

grown lady. lime green blanket with a spider print all over it.

trying to maneuver a way to lay down in the uncomfortable chairs.

maybe the most awkward thing i've seen in my life.

eesh.

i'm sure i'll have many more stories to share with you lovelies.

i'm missing blogging so i promise to jump back on this bandwagon.
